Sacred Reiki
Over the years i’ve EXPERIENCED reiki, but nothing was like having a session with a divine friend. Julz offered me a session when i was moving through some really challenging times when it came to physically healing from an operation. as well as what i was moving through within my EMOTIONAL and energetic LANDSCAPES.
After my sessions with Julz, I felt more connected to my self, more TRUSTING of my inner KNOWING and more aligned to the person I desired to be. I felt so inspired by this practice, that I found an incredible teacher and was able to learn from her, as well as the most incredible group of women (who will forever hold a place in my heart).
Completing my Reiki level 1 & 2 in 2023, I am so humbled and deeply honoured that you’ve now found reiki and to hold youand guide you in this sacred practice is so special.
Reiki is the Practice of aligning your energy system through hands on connection of universal flow, loving Source energy and your body.
Moving our way from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet, at each point balancing and connecting you to your chakra system.
A subtle approach allowing you to experience your most calm and Sacred Self. Your session is a chance for you to leave your day at the door, move through any blocks you may be having with certain aspects in your life, and opening you up to all possibilities.
Aligning your system, rebalancing of your energy system, leave your session feeling relaxed, in tune with your inner knowing and trusting that the magic is within you.
Allow me to share this Practice of Japanese healing with you. Allow me to be your Sacred Guide, supporting you back to balance and atunement with your best Self.
what to expect in your session
you’re lovingly greeted in my sacred space.
you find your most COMFORTABLE self, leaving your clothes on, laying with a blanket and eye pillow if you choose.
you receive hands on healing: balancing and aligning all chakras, improving the mind, body + spirit.
A short debrief after your healing, including an oracle card chosen for you.
you float out of your session with a card reading to support you in integrating the healing.
