500g Peruvian Ceremonial Cacao: 62 Hearts
Coming directly from the Plant medicine Cacao Goddess and the Ancestors of Australia.

For everyday enjoy 1 heart. For Ceremony enjoy 2 cacao hearts per serve.
1 cup of milk of your choice: I love almond milk, but you choose, you can also do half milk/half water if you like.
1 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
Sweetener of your choice: I enjoy maple syrup, but it could be honey, agave: add to suit your taste.
1 drop of Wild Orange Oil or a splash of Orange Blossom Water
1 tiny pinch of Cayenne Pepper
Add all of the above to a saucepan on a medium heat, stir until all dissolved and to preferred temperature. Whilst I'm stirring my cacao, I'm holding my intention in my minds eye. Once it's hot enough, I safely whizz up my cacao, either with a stick blender, nutri-bullet, or whisk: this will give it a nice froth. I lovingly pour it into my favourite drinking vessel. And enjoy.
