What would you like to invite in for 2024? What are some things not working for you from 2023.

Your invitation: Find some time for you to dedicate 5-10minutes to pause, journey inward, and ask yourself a few questions. It could also be 30-60 minutes if you’d like to get really deep.

Set up your Sacred Space & see what comes up for you when you step away from the external noise, and turn inward. Maybe sip on some tea or cacao, take some loving breaths and ask your heart these questions.

Observe what comes up, write it all down, you may surprise yourself. Remember this past year, what you loved, what perhaps didn’t serve you. And then spend some time imagining what 2024 can bring for you..

Finish perhaps with one aspect of your life you’d like to work on in 2024, and what intention you can set around that.
